DENTCO has continuously worked to refine our approach to streamline the workflow process for our customers quickly and conveniently.
Each DENTCO customer is assigned to a DENTCO “Pod.” Each pod is comprised of a Customer Management Team leader, Service Coordinator, Work Order Manager, and Account Manager. Facility managers can access site information at any time through the My DENTCO portal.
In the field, DENTCO employs Quality Service Inspectors to monitor each site to ensure scope of work is being met. Our Quality Service Managers oversee this process and directly work with the Customer Management Team leader to keep maintenance requests on schedule, review inspections and inspection photos and manage the scope of work with our contractor partners to ensure contracted work is performed and maintained to contract specification.
