Pre-planning to Weather Restaurant Risks This Winter
Our very own Scott Milnes was featured in the most current issue of Retail and Restaurant Facility Business magazine, as part of their Industry Voices section on looking ahead he writes:
“With reports of snow still coming in from early May, it’s hard to fathom even bringing up the discussion for pre-season winter weather planning for restaurants.
