What Has Been Your Key to Success?

Building a good working relationship and rapport with the customer, ensuring they feel free to ask any questions/concerns and have a complete understanding of the specs for their sites. This helps to alleviate confusion about the expectations required of our Contractors per contract.

What Do You Consider Your Greatest Career Accomplishment?

I believe my greatest career accomplishment is striving to build strong relationships with the corporate customers, site managers and staff that I work with.  Ensuring that they know that I am always available to assist in any concerns or issues they may be experiencing, that I will do my best to clarify any questions they may have so that their faith in DENTCO always remains a strong and positive experience.

If You Could Provide Advice to a DENTCO Teammate, What Would It Be?

Stay positive and ask questions to get the full picture and understanding of any issue, we are blessed to work for a company that consists of team members always willing to assist and mentor.

What Do You Enjoy Doing Outside of Work?

I enjoy time spent with loved ones, friends & my 2 cats (Cody 17 yrs. & Cassie 4 yrs.), traveling/camping, animal rescues, going to Renaissance and Native American festivals, flea markets and karaoke.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Being a DENTCO Teammate?

I love working for a company that feels like family. Where we all truly care and support our co-workers. We work hard for our customers, while still being able keep the work environment motivating & fun which makes the work experience fulfilling.

What is Your Favorite Memory as a DENTCO Teammate?

I have so many memories but our Hunger Games from 2017 Spirit week was the best. So many participated and it was a lot of laughs and good fun.
