Think outside of the box.  Just because that is the way we’ve always done it doesn’t mean that there isn’t a better way.  Continue to identify ways to improve efficiency in whatever you are doing.

What Do You Enjoy Doing Outside of Work?

I enjoy spending time in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with family and friends.  The U.P. is my happy place!  I enjoy playing guitar, kayaking, being creating on the computer and serving my local community on the City Council.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Being a DENTCO Teammate?

I enjoy making a difference in helping others to be more productive in serving the needs of our customers.

What is Your Favorite Memory as a DENTCO Teammate?

I recall the evolution of the company over the years, which has been pretty amazing.  There are still a handful of us that remember the days when we were just a small regional company.  We are now a nationally recognized company known for excellence in the Exterior Service Management industry.  This is due in no small part to the many dedicated Contractor Partners across the country that provide superior service to the properties and the hardworking team members of Dentco.
